All I have to say is this:
CSIS is an interesting, yet scary organization. They see and know all. Trust me! They probably even know I'm typing this...
CSIS doesn't form conclusions on anything. They simply provide detailed reports with "opinions" and then it is up to the requesting party to make their own conclusions and actions based on the CSIS report/opinion.
Worst part is, they now have a file on me...
