That was really the only part of the set that I enjoyed, in terms of the table tricks he was using. I'm a massive Zabiela fan, but he's starting to over do it with the tricks. Make them subtle, use them sparingly... It was neat when he did them in his Essential Mix because it was a fairly new style. Now everyone is using the stutters, and the loops and like that... it's overkill sometimes. I saw him live, and that kind of just didn't do it for me in a club enviroment.
I think that James uses the scratching nicely though.. He should try and find more ways to infuse scratching with his mixes. He does a little bit in this mix, and it sounds great. |

switched to mac like two/three weeks ago
it's more for 'filesharing' than anything;
he's got an iDisk and some pictures up |
