Protien Bar Taste Test

I went to GNC and baught ever line of protien bar out there. Less Power bar, Cliff, Tigers Milk, because I already know that they taste like utter complete . (even stoned)
The contenders are (numbered from best tasting to tiest)
5.Tri-O-Plex Smores 31 grams of protien 4.2 oz of to guzzle down
2.Myoplex Chocolate chip (by EAS) 24 grams of protien at 3.2 oz of to eat
4.Nitro-tech (by muscle tech) Double chocolate supreme 35 grams of protien at 3.1 oz of to eat
3.Pure Protien Double chocolate 32 grams of protien at 2.75 oz of to eat
1.ProMax Cookies and Cream 20 grams of protien at 2.64 grams of to eat.
Tro-O-Plex its very nasty looking, it doesn't even look like food. Its very chunky and the texture is very weird and unusual. Its hella grainy and It tastes like complete and utter . People were making faces watching me eat this at work. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED especially since you have to eat a lot and it doesn't even have that much nutrition in it.
MyoPlex is the next bar I ate at work its actually covered in real chocolate it has the consistancy of something between a tootsie roll and a brownie. Its a little bit grainy but not really a bother. Has a slight metallic after taste due to high amounts of vitamins. Comes in second as far as taste goes but for how much you have to eat its not a good of a value as pure protien. But its almost worth eating just to eat it.
Nitrotech same about the same size as myoplex and once again its coated in chocolate. This one is far more grainy and less flavorfull overall. And it has a much stronger metallic taste with a kind of multivitimin taste in it as well. Its below average for my tastes I would not recomend eating this . Specially since pure protiens way better tasteing and you don't have to eat as much.
Pure protien It is a good value its stands in the middle of the competition in taste. In taste alone it would rank number 2 but its texture is simply aweful. Metallic taste is present once again but not as stonge as the other two. Its very hard and crumbly and it doesn't seem to be mixed well as parts are harder and other parts are softer.. I'd say its the RYU or KEN of protien bars just a good well balanced bar good nutrition good taste.
ProMax this bar is AWESOME tasting I'm not ting you I'd eat this over a Snickers or hershey bar anyday even if it was just pure sugar and saturated fat. It was by far the softest of all of them and least grainey. Had a very rich taste and a creamy element at that. Something the other bars didn't have. Only down side is that it is the least nutritious of all the bars. I'd have to say the only bar that can top this in taste is the Bally's total fitness brand bar. Which has even less protien in it. I'm totally getting a box of these s. |

Can you post the total carbs, net carbs, and grams of sugar for all of these bars?
I don't care what it tastes like if it has 20g of sugar in it, I'm still not eating it. |
