well there is a chance that godskitchen mite be pulling out of IKON...my friend foudn that out when he emailed Cosmic Gate's USA booking agent to ask about them...but i seriously hope NOT cuz it would be GREAT for IKON to pull in mainstream DJS and TRY to have a real part in this scene...
mann maybe Godskitchen should have scheduled him much earlier on the lineup...im sure IKON would have seen better results from the beginning...i know i would have def gone to that club already |

i dunno that place hasnt had something big since tiesto was there years ago and when guliani started cracking down on clubs exit was its first subject, so as far as im concerned im glad IKON is doing well, Godskitchen is the best thing thats happened to that venue in a long time.
Why you hating on Ikon dude? I think it has potential, and if you know the venue, they charge nearly nothing half the time, its building up...20 bux for godskitchen is ing great they wont up it more then $40 bux i assure you |

well EXIT is EXIT...around for years...and EXIT Was bringing in djs based on...but there were way too many fights and wutnot...then it wuz busted...Ikon is still trying to find itself and could very well crash and burn just like BLACK and 610...actually NYE parties are USUALLY at least $75+ (sasha n digweed at avalon last year and digweed wasnt EVEN physically THERE) For PVD it could get as high as kidnyce stated. esp. since hes in the top five -- and with all the other clubs focusing on VIPS and money... |

uhh they advertised digweed being broadcast live from avalon LA but that didn't happen either. sasha played a 7+ hour set. no complaints here tho...
so yes, NYE prices high. all i remember about old exit was exorbitant prices for the top DJs on regular nights. |

well, I use to hate EXIT so much.....and have never visit EXIT2 or BLACK ever since they reopen. However, I checked out IKON few weeks ago on Godskitchen nite. I believe the venue has potential, the sound system set up and the dance floor are so far a perfect place for some big name DJs to spend a gig or two there. As far as the crowd goes, I think Godskitch has flushed out or rather filtered out all those old FOBs, while Avalon is accepting these applicants (that's y I started to hate Avalon so much, although I still go there for Djs)...Trust me, just bring couple big name DJs to this venue and the place will be the best venue ever in town...
NO I am not promoting for IKON or what so ever related to IKON...but I truely believe the management have done a lot of renovations on this and try to bring us new yorkers a better party venue... |

yea thats what i meant by him not being there physically...but yeah having sasha there 7+ was def good. I almost went also cuz my godsis mini came in from michigan but i didnt have the money :( |
