Hi,

I am searching for Online Record Shop who offer a search engine based on name, artist or label and (mandatory) offer a little sample for each record.

This can be very usefull to recognise unknwon track or remix or check for correct spelling.

So far I found:

Juno Record Shop:
http://216.167.127.43/search.htm
(Very huge catalogue, offer sample for first track, no sleeve scan)

TechnoDJ (Web-Records.com):
http://www.technodj.de/home/index.html
(Sample for EACH MIX of the record, sleeve scan available.
Only 1/2 of the records come with this facility)

Tunn Inn:
http://www.tuneinn.com
(Medium catalogue, but offer full sample for all record as long as sleeve scan)

Planetx USA:
http://www.planetxusa.com/control/index.lasso
(go to shoppe, then DJ Shoppe)

BangingTunes: (only some rare labels)
http://www.bangingtunes.com/choose.asp

Tag Records (Under reconstruct):
http://www.tagrecords.co.uk/

Does anybody know other site who offer such facility ?

Any help welcome.

As their search engine only scan on-stock records, save the HTML files of the archive section at http://www.juno.co.uk/archive.htm to your HD.
(I recommand using the soft Teleport Pro)

Then use the Windows Explorer search tool to perfom search on the local files, using the 'Containing Text' option.

Doing this, you can find sample for old record.
