I have one that's been bothering me for a while...
..it's from the early 80's (I think), and it involves a group of people (mercenaries??) who try to steal a precious item (a jeweled skull or a crown maybe??) from an evil cult. Most of the people get killed from booby traps, etc.
Any ideas? |

omg...i saw that movie tons of times, but reading your post seemed to empty my brain :(
most the booby traps were on the actual thing the jewel was on right? (like some big statue thingy...one of the traps was these "snakes" that squeezed a guy to death right?) |

yes I think so... I remember them using climbing equipment at the end to avoid the booby trapped floor.. one guy died close to the ceiling |

| no, it's not the Goonies, Romancing the Stone, or Jewel of the Nile. The movie I'm talking about is slightly older and had a far lower budget than those ones. |

this is killing me lol....i remember seeing that movie long time ago on HBO (like 85-86ish maybe...i was pretty young.)
