Hey all! i'm from the Los Angeles/Orange County area and a friend of mine has this idea to throw a desert party. We are looking to rent generator powerful enough to power speakers, set-up, etc...does anyone know where we can get that? A generator and a banging system for relatively cheap...just to rent for the day? any suggestions would be great!

Astro Light & Sound in Glendale for sound system and Northridge Equipment Rentals for generator(will be much cheaper than Astro Light & Sound on generator rental) just fyi, you will need minimum of 5000watts generator. Also remember stupid RIAA laws that require you to have permits for such an event, unless you will be on a private land.
ps. bas, isn't John's friend in Sound rental business? the guy who brought the big speaker w/amp and a monitor to John's house for the pre party?
