I know you asked Louis but I couldn't help myself since I was there not too long ago. The Bell Centre is in downtown Montréal. Also, the train station is VERY close by, like 2 blocks away... So you can kind of think of it like the ACC & Union Station, but I'd say Union station is closer then the Bell Centre & Central Station.

If you're familiar with MTL, the streets that border it are Peel, Ste. Antoine, De La Montagne & some other street I forget the name of. But for completeness sake, I'll just say Blvd Réne-Levesque.

Also, if you drive into the city via Hwy 20 & then 720, it'll pretty much take you there. You can think of 720 like the Gardiner in TO.

Yah, the Hotel we stayed at for Cream is pretty much a 20 second walk away... literally. I think it's Southwest of the Bell Center. I'm also thinking of taking the train, I just checked and there's an express that leaves TO at 5pm (Fri Dec 10) and arrives in 4 hours... That's pretty damn fast... It'll take 5+ hours (by car) AT LEAST to get from here to there b/c of traffic and the weather may not be great in the winter either?

Nothing is far in Montreal. You can walk through the whole downtown in 30 minutes.

It's the hockey arena, but they take the ice away and it becomes the dance floor:D and I think he spins for around 6hrs

A train ticket is $149 with an ISIC card. Without it's like $200. I think the link to via is: http://www.viarail.ca/en_index.html?rese
Just pretend as if yout're going to book the trip, you'll see the costs then.

If the set up in be Bell Centre is anything like Cream, the entire rink area is the dancefloor plus the lower bowl is open so you can chill in the stands too! The stage was at one end of the rink and the sound was AMAZING... unless you went opposite the stage (back of the rink) and there was a nasty echo. But in the middle of the floor, great sound.

If in doubt, check the Cream Review threads. I did see a few pictures of the crowd, not sure about seeing the stage in there tho?
