video card problem

so i bought a radeon 7000 pci video card..i plug it into the pci slot and i boot up my comp it freezes before it gets into windows..i figure out that i got disable my integrated video card..so i do it thru bios..boom try to get into windows and it freezes before entering..so i reboot go into safe mode..go to device manager and read that theres an error cause the drivers arent installed..so i buts out the cd pop it in..it says it cant find the the drivers on the cd..so i go to power-color.com and look for a driver..none work...what the am i suppose to do? im truly ed..i have no clue what to do..all the drivers i downloaded said the hardware wasnt even hooked up




oh when i try to run the cd it says something abt shell.ll

you may need to switch a jumper... ask around ro consult your motherboard manual

sounds like maybe your motherboard may either be incompatible with the video card or the video card may be overburning the board.

i agree with above.
try changing your jumper cables.
