"The Ohio Supreme Court on Wednesday overturned a judge's order that a man avoid having more children while on probation for failing to pay child support."
I think if youre not supporting the kids you have, your irresponsibility means you lose the right to procreate. The initial decision made sense to me, I hope it is clarified and keeps its original intent. Men like this should be banned from spawning more children.
