Paul Oakenfold "Perfecto Presents Another World" disk 1. Last three tracks:
Max Graham - Bar None
Vangelis - Tears in Rain
Amoeba Assassin - Piledriver [Greyedout Summer]
Eh? :D
I especially like when the synths of "Piledriver" gradually enter at the end of Vangelis, they seem to be a continuation of the track... |

I agree - GREAT transition. Tears in the Rain is absolutely beautiful - great movie as well ;)
Perecto Fluoro is also filled with excellent transitions. 'Adagio For Strings', 'Love Remembered', absolutely excellent, excellent set of CDs. :D |

i'll agree with that as well!
i also like on scott bond - ahead volume 1 (cd 1) the transition from "young parisians feat. ben lost - jump the next train (slow train remix)" into "whiteroom - the whiteroom"....stellar!
the mixing on both of these cds (gu and ahead)...were they done via computer or live? my guess is computer.

I think his Frisco GU outdoes it, if only by a hair. Looping Narcotik - Blue at that particular point while mixing in Hale Bopp that smoothly is nothing short of genius. |
