Only downsides of Firefox:

-slower startup than IE
-Shockwave does not work well

Other than that, it's the best.

Yeah... tabbed browsing and automatic popup blocking. Ownz!

If you're having probs with Firefox, try Mozilla. Or Opera. Plenty of different options out there - just don't use IE. There's so many security holes it's not even funny. Really. :whip:

Shockwave works fine for me...?

The only reason IE loads faster is because its built in to the Windows explorer system... so technically, IE is already running when you double clicky the icon.

but once Firefox is running, it's easily faster than IE.
