Tiësto wins Ibiza DJ award 2004!
Last night Tiësto was announced best trance DJ of Ibiza 2004. Like last year, Tiësto won this prestigious Ibiza DJ Award. The DJ Awards ceremony took place in Pacha on Ibiza last night where Tiësto was nominated alongside Paul Oakenfold, Paul Van Dyk, Armin van Buuren and Ferry Corsten. Tiësto has been chosen as best trance DJ on Ibiza 2004 by the public voting on the DJ Awards website www.djawards.org.
This prestigious awards ceremony is now in it´s 7th year and was created to recognise the talent, popularity and cultural significance of the DJ´s today and to honour and celebrate those DJ´s who have influenced dance music across the globe. In the past six editions, the DJ Awards has grown to become one of the most important and internationally acclaimed events to be held in Ibiza, undoubtedly the dance music capital during the summer months.
For Tiësto, winning this award is a reward for all the hard work and effort he takes on every year to keep on playing Cream Amnesia every Thursday throughout the whole summer.

| Tiesto is truly an awe-inspiring DJ, I'm happy that he acquired this prestigious prize. I have yet to witness a DJ that can generate such a powerful aura of energy and euphoria at a party as this modern day god. |
