Toronto people need to come out of their shells before they can ever dance like hell all night. Sure some small parties achieve this but not stadium sized crowds like many places ive been.

Yeah, I think that's true. At Love Parade there were sooo many people who never come out to rave parties, and yet they all came out for Love Parade, and all danced like hell.. I don't know if they would do it in Toronto, or anywhere else in North America for that matter. San Francisco is somewhat special, and I guess that's why they choose to hold Love Parade there, instead a bigger city like NYC, or LA etc..

SF is also pretty culturally liberated too and has a stong gay community .. i think it was only fitting to hold an event like LP there .. tho it's not to say that we can't have large events elsewhere.. Burning Man is one example, WMC in Miami, and let's not forget the would be "Creamfields USA" that was to have taken place in NYC and Las Vegas..

The purpose of this Bill is to regulate parties known as
raves. The bill defines a rave as a dance event occurring
between 2:00am and 6:00am, for which admission is charged.

Interesting, so we can basically have the parties/festivals from 6:01am until before 2:00am? :toothless
Jayx1
yup... but whats funny is that now any ethnic party, wedding etc that goes past 2 is technically an illegal rave LOL

Sad sad sad... and we say we live in a free country
