What's up everyone? Good timing on the welcome thread and a pleasant gesture to boot. I signed up Monday after getting home from AVB @ GUV. I felt somewhat obliged for reasons I'll explain but first a little background. Since I was introduced to the scene when I was 17 (my buddy convinced me to go to Industry with him to see Bad Boy Bill ) I have been hooked on house music. Bad Boy Bill shone the light on the Electronic Music Scene for me and I have since been loyal to that genre only. Always thought of trance as wimpy girl/gino beats. I recently moved back to Kingston temporarily and through a co-worker met a few TA's (dancingqueen169, PartEgurl, iDream and DVD2004). They convinced me to go see Armin @ Decadence a few months back, they didn't really have to twist my arm too much as it had been almost a year since I'd hit a party and I was getting the urge. WELL HOLY !! I had no idea trance could be so hard and take you on such a journey. I was amazed! I've since gone to see Ferry at Labour of Love and again to see Armin @ the Guv 8th anniversary. I'm hooked. As it happens Armin hooked me to trance just the same as BBB hooked me to house. I'll be checkin' Tiesto in concert in MTL in December as I hear this is going to be the big one. Heh heh I feel like I'm writing a testimonial to a support group. Hi! My name is Dave and I'm a born-again trance addict. I met a few of you culty TA's at the last party and probably will meet more of you at the next, I look forward to it.

Seriously man, you really need to get a life... Whether it's "trying" to hit on girls on these forums or just being completely rude and unfriendly to people, do it somewhere else... :rolleyes:
The only way I joined TA and was introduced to everyone was through Beh and this thread is a sentiment of how much class he has and how cool he is to start something like this.
Like Emery said, quit desecrating this thread. :whip:
BTW, to all those new ppl that have come forward on this, welcome to TOTA. I hope to see some of you at future parties. :D |

thanks for the kind words dude, buts alllright.. Some people are just sour grapes and thats ok with me, just as long as they don't kill the vibe! So with that in mind, I don't let party poopers kill the good times, life's way too short for that sort of crap.
Anyways.. glad to see people comin out and saying hello!! |
