I was just wondering where most people get their vinyl from. What are the decent stores around Melbourne? I'm primarily looking for Hardcore. Should I be trying to find shops or would I be better off ordering online?

i hear rythm 'n' soul (both south yarra and city stores) love hardcore music, check them out..

ps. if you go to the south yarra store, ask for a guy named steve, and tell him you're after some 0-day hardcore.. he loves the stuff, he will fix you up at mates rates

I get all my vinyl from my uncle Spiro. His old Datsun 120Y has loads of it.

Thanks for the information everyone!

I went to Central Station, they didn't really have anything. Rhythm and Soul in the city didn't have anything, the one in Prahran didn't even know wtf I was talking about, though that Steve guy wasn't around at the time.

One Stop DJ, which is now Pure Vinyl didn't know what I was talking about either, though I found one track in their hard trance collection that wasn't bad (Stimulant DJ's).

Looks like i'll have to do it Internet styles.
