i just read this recent quote from elton john
"Anyone who lip-synchs in public on stage when you pay 75 pounds ($134) to see them should be shot. Madonna, best f---ing live act? F--- off. Since when has lip-synching been live? That's me off her f---ing Christmas card list but do I give a toss? No."

Madonna sucks, has since 1990 or so, Elton John has always ruled.
And the live act award rightfully went to Muse anyway. |

| I gotta say I liked the earlier Madonna music and she really knows how to market herself, but Elton's definitely right. Selling tickets and performing that way is lame. I don't care how much dancing you do. I'm not really a huge Elton John fan though. His is just alright, at best. |
