this really is a damn good tune :)
Ozgur Can Main Mix and Pillow One Remix (amateur section)are pretty amazing versions of this track ...
Any info on release yet? I can't imagine this coming on Anjunabeats. Thats like releasing Tiesto on Armada... |

Excuse me mate, but I have very reliable info that this is being released on Anjunabeats, a guy I know who runs a shop asked me what I thought about the track as he is being asked how many copies he wants to get in, also Above & Beyond have been hammering Eighties on their "All Around The World" show and have done on a number of occasions, even made it their tune of the week, so um, yes it is!
btw, why are you saying it'll be the first and the last tune on Anjunabeats u buy?? :| |

Excellent news chaps, it will see a release in roughly 6/7 weeks on a very big label, I was told not to mention the label name but the good thing is BOTH mixes will be released, that's the Original and the Ozgur Can Main Mix :-) |
Good to see another quality tune losing it's lustre before it's released. Who's going to want to buy this in 2005 when it's been being hammered since early-middle of 2004? |

I didn't say it wasn't true, I said that it was weird... and your last sentence wasn't my quote ;) |

Because I'm not really into trance anymore, and I just find most Anjuna release boring and standard fluffy trance that does nothing to me...
And I really hope Anjuna won't sign too much of this kind of tracks anymore, this just isn't what their label stands for IMO. This would be like a James Holden track released on ASOT... |

there are things such as getting tracks licensed and polishing up for labels, this release is gonna be about 6 weeks away for Promos, you need a understanding about the processes involved in getting stuff released, you are one of the types that thinks everything can get released a week after being played, initally Eighties was not going to be released, hence the "delay"... |

| Plus they played it on Radio 1's Essential Mix last Friday. As it happens the label is diversifying somewhat and will have many releases next year that you wouldnt expect to be on Anjuna. |
