how are they supposed to know that their goods have been damaged until 2 months down the line, the one night stander you had calls up and says they're pregnant, or you test positive for HIV or some .
the idea of the website is great, but these are issues you might end up dealing with...... :tongue2 |

Thanks for your post. Just to let you know all our Durex are carefully packed into the packaging before sending out. The main problems we mean for returns, its actual damage to the packaging itself. It is highly un-likely for the products to be damaged inside.
We have sent out over 200 orders now since the website went live and had no problems. All our customers have normally received there pack next day with no problems.
