I feel your pain. This is twice for me as well. The last time he cancelled he had food poisoning. Now he has dental surgery. I feel sorry for the guy. He must have really bad luck. The funny thing is that the Miami shows are never cancelled, but it always seems to be the shows I can actually go to.
Sorry......I had to vent. I'm done now.
We will miss seeing you at the show, Paul!! Ich hoffe es gehts dir besser!
