Ferry definitely.

Paul van Dyk's sound is ok, but there's no real drive behind his tracks which I think is necessary in trance. 'For an Angel' is an exception.

Aquascape, I know what are you doing :D I know you want me, why won't you see me.

I'm having a good time on these forums talking about my favourite subject. That's what I'm doing :tongue2

I know I'm very very biased, but I had to vote for Ferry. Both Ferry and PvD are technically awesome, but.... The problem is that I've seen Ferry twice, and both times his energy was contagious. The one time that I saw PvD, he kind of depressed me, because he looked like he was plugging away at work and would rather be somewhere else.

Ferry, i saw them both live, and i liked Ferry a lot better

ooo good choice... i'm starting to like ferry's productions overall vs pvd's... and both times i've seen ferry fairly recently, and he's been nothing short of amazing... pvd is still amazing in his own right, i'm still hyped when he comes to ny for a show. it's hard for me to vote because it's unfair to judge based on past vs present. vote will have to wait ;)

Could not have said it better, global trancemission was my first trance cd that got me hooked for life. Favorite track was tenth chapter-ghosts. Great vocals and melody.
