SV Digital - One Day Soon

New trance track here. I made this in a day (hence the title), unlike most of my tracks which take ages. Very happy with it in general and feedback so far has been really positive. I love the melody. Just want to know what people think before deciding if it's worth putting in the extra effort to bring it right up to scratch. So any comments you have will be greatly appreciated even if its just to say you do/don't like it.

Needs refinement,
That snare (afterbeat) has just too many bass in it. Needs more energy, try add some more synths around the bass! I hear you used some sfx in it, but hardly any more percussion:sadgreen: Percussion is what I really lacks about this track. The melody is pretty good, but you need to use some other synths on that. It soundz like a freaking xylophone! - delays on that one!!

Thanks for your comments, will take a look at those points

The pulsing bass synth IS kinda annoying. But the xylophone-ish synth is great IMO.;)

Love the melody of this. Its my kinda cheese! LOL:eek:

The piano chords I think are the best part. Love that. Nice break too.

At 4:08 it takes off great. The kick could be better.

Worth taking the time to polish, I'd say!

:D

the beats and bass sound amatuerish but ull pass that over time, no biggy, ur structure is great, piano work is great :D

keep it up m8, ull get there soon enough
peace out

cheers for the comments guys. Yeah it is well cheesey I know! There's too much moody prog trance around these days so I'm going right to the other end of the scale. Bring back the happy days of trance!
