just curious is it true what i heard that the NYE party from Hollywood is gonna telecasted in IKON and likewise with PVD in HOllywood for their sets??? |

No, I believe in some thread someone said, "now all they need is PvD, Sasha, Oakenfold, etc" ... not that he was playing.
It's been known for awhile PvD is playing for Godskitchen in NYC on NYE. :-p

I knew about this months ago as well ;)
This is much as I know so Far:
1. The Venue can hold 4000 people
2. It hasn't been uesed in 4 years for an event like this.
3. It is in Hollywood... Rummors have been going around that it will be in Long Beach
Can any one give me 411 on the Venue that is across the CNN Bulding in Hollywood?? It is called the Hollywood Something.. I always forget the name. |

If it's in Long Beach, it would be at the Aquadome. It holds 4,000 people.
It could be at the Hollywood & Highlands. There's a HUGE hall there on the 5th floor right across the Kodak theatre which could possibly hold around 4,000 people. It's that huge. I've been to a few press conferences there with upwards of 1,500 - 2,000 people, sitting, and it was no where near compacity. I believe it could hold around 4,000 people standing and with rooms for bars and stuff.
Whenever PlayStationDualPlay.com updates, I imagine it'll reveal the location.
Tickets go on sale on November 1st. |

The Hollywood Palladium

40,700sq feet (bigger than hollywood + highland grand ballroom, technically, but this total footage includes reception, bathrooms, terraces, etc, while the Hollywood + Highland grand ball room is 40,000sq feet just for the stage, bars, and dancing...bathrooms and everything else is outside of the ballroom.
Capacity is 3,500.
The Palladium Dimensions & Special Features:
Grand Circle Entrance 1,800 sq. ft.
Foyer and Promenades (private VIP rooms, etc) 7,010 sq. ft.
Main Dance/Dining/Seating Area 11,200 sq. ft.
Stage 1,580 sq. ft.
Lower West Terrace 3,450 sq. ft.
Upper Terrace 3,600 sq. ft.
Lower East Terrace 5,300 sq. ft
Upper East Terrace 5,400 sq. ft.
Champaign/Celebrity Room 1,100 sq. ft

Ok I am like this Right now:D
Here is a quick Update:
1. The location will not be annonced untill Nov 1st when Tickets go on sale.
2. Tickets will be $80. Now don't flip out you will get a lot of cool with this ticket price.
a. A Shirt made speical for NYE
b. Playstation Games
c. A discount ticket to the after hours at the HOB ;)($15 instead of 25)
3. Tiesto is doing.. Get this a 6 hour "In Concert" type set. 6 HOURS!!!!! :eyes: :eyes: :eyes: :eyes: :eyes: OMG! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO:eek: I die! There will be a "break" with another big DJ. Don't know idea who is is.
4. This event is 21+ |
