Just to let you all know, Steve picked up his award last night for the second year running. The award was for best Tech, Tribal, Progressive House Dj.
He was up against Sasha, Deep Dish, Timo Maas, Danny Howells amongst a couple of others...
He definately deserves this... Now on to my bitching... WHERE ARE YOU STEVE? COME BACK TO TORONTO

No suprise here. That place just loves Lawler from what I've heard. They called him "The King of Space".

| There is no longer a Space in Miami. I believe they closed, went under new ownership, and changed its name. I could be wrong though... |

As for Space in Miami, I don't know that's the firs I've heard of it Jeff. I know one thing, Space in Miami has been known for being the biggest club in Miami, a crazy place like our guv is here, and if it did change management, it must have done so recently, cuz I know for sure it was still around as of WMC this past year.
Actually I also read a post on his website about his last gig at Space, Miami in June. So the closure must have happened since then. I must find out more....

Yea Space closed down for a few weeks last year. They were having some problems with the cops (drug busts etc) but they re-opened a few weeks later. There were rumors of it changing its name/being bought out by Pacha but that never happened! Anyways its an awesome superclub. And without a doubt the best part about it is the Terrace, think Skybar but with a KILLER soundsystem, lighting and this is the best part...cryogenics (this stuff is so awesome when your gone :crazy: hehehe). Oh yea cant forget about Space's 24 hr liquor license.
