Hey guys, I ordered a couple things from Satellite Records (some slipmats and Lolo - Why) on Sunday and my order's been processing ever since... it's been saying "Authorizing" as the status for a few days now. I am just a little worried because I checked the box that said "Ship my order free if 75% of the items aren't shipped", so would that make a difference? I know it said I wouldn't be emailed about anything if that box was checked... and I remember reading that Satellite Records shipped very fast.
I don't have a problem waiting a couple of weeks even, I just thought it was weird that it's been this long because I heard they were fast... so I'm just making sure there's nothing to worry about :)

| Yeah, don't worry about it, they're really slow. Sometimes they're good if you need something that they have in stock and nobody else, but usually it's not worth buying from them if you can buy from someplace else instead. |

| It takes about 4 days from when they receive the order (monday, since you placed it sunday) and when they ship. The reason is because they have their stocks of vinyl stored elsewhere, so they have to retreive them and gather them up before they send em to you. |

Satellite Records.com is MASSIVE !
Honestly it took them a month to fill an order for me.And the record shipped was warped! s!
I have stopped doing business with them ever since this incident. I suggest you find another online record store (i.e. juno, chemical, or dancerecords.com)
Worst custumer service. Worst shipping times. And Warped records.

Yeah, I just got an email from them saying that the Lolo record is out of stock. Thanks for telling me almost a week after I ordered :whip:
So I think I am just gonna get the slipmats with the free shipping. It's getting kinda pathetic. |

warped records happen. Ive gotten warped records from Juno and chemical before. They probably got warped during transit when it gets hot out. |
