Arrrghhh!!! Left my Geek Stick in my computer at work! Have to go back to using a CDRW which I haven't done for a while. What a real pain in the butt. Folks easily forget the technology unless they have to regress I reckon...

mine is 2 * 128 MB (i got two, because i always lose one. i have had it for a while, and haven't lost one yet, so woo hoo for me. now i have two now!)

128 for $20; was gonna buy another with 256 at $27, but point is, without it, you blow. Best and fastest media transport on earth.

true, but you've got the speed vs quantity. i rather take the speed. it's like carrying a 128 MB speed floppy disk around. you could be a spy and start taking stuff from other people's computers with your stick.

i don't want to give anyone any ideas there.

I've seen the sticks with 512 in the $60 range and trend is that cost is going down. Soon they will exceed CDRW capacity and the CDRW will be a thing of the past. Well, CDs will still be good for music unless someone figures out real quick that you could plug a geek stick into a Walkman. Oh, well. So much for the CDRW again...
