don't knock integrated sound cards. gigabyte and asus have wicked integrated sound capabilities! obviously you can get better stand-alone cards, but what the hell do you need one for unless you work in a studio?
you're right about the ram and hdd tho, for that price i'd want 2gb dual channel DDR made by corsair or something.. and it would be better if you got a different mobo with it, gigabyte boards are amazing at running at standard speeds, but when it comes to overclocking anything they ain't the best in the world.
