what a f*&%ing joke this dome Boss was. what an idiot the guy don't know . that's so unprofessional to throw a Dj out of a club cuz he didn't play your freakin' request. its almost like he was a little girl and u hurt his feelings when you didn't play sandstorm right away.

Darude, you played an awesome set, dont worry about it.
On the flyers for Sat the 16th of October it was basically your face, with Sandstorm and Feel The Best written right under it. Either way nice to see that tracklist, most of us were dancing the whole night :) |

I really hope not all club owners are like dat,anyways, already that i have a bad opinion on clubs.
In afterhours, you would have had ur ass kicked out for spinning Sandstorm :toothless jokin. |

| Well Darude...from the tracklist you posted. I kinda regret not comin to dome that night! I really thought they were gonna do to you like they did to all the other artists that came; make them play two of their songs and thats it. But wow man, If I would have been there I would have been on the dancefloor for your whole set. Mainstream Montrealers are very CLOSE MINDED. They only listen to what is popular at the moment and wtv is played on MIX 96. I go to these clubs expecting to hear NONE of the songs you played but thank you for sticking it to the boss and playing what you like. Shows that you're the bigger man...and as for that boss... him. I just hope this won't change your mind on returning. Montreal has a lot to offer you just went to the wrong place. If you come back I'm there guarenteed! |

God Damnn,?!?!?, Hey man, if i was able to, i'd set up a dj booth on ste-catherine right in front of Dome and let u play any funken trax u want, ..., i know i would be there:D
But since i can't really make it happen, all i gotta say is i agree with what all was said in reply to this, ..., that's really not the welcome u deserved from our city (even though it only came from one particular club that don't mean nothing to pretty much all of us!)
Tracklist was great, keep up the good work

Hmmmmm, Darude, that was very nice of you to actually come here and post this, few comments:
1-a friend of mine was at Dome the night you played and was like: Hey, what the f*k? Darude cut his set in the middle. Well, now i'll tell him the real story so that he goes and tells the other people that were there abotu the real incident. Your story deserves to be heard
2-"Forced to play sandstorm" isnt that sick? It's your set, your TL, you do whatever you want with it!
3-nice TL by the way, wish i was there, i just never knew about it, i thought it was the weekend comin up
4-Dome = not the right place to be for trance - simply....People wont be able to react properly when they get Automanual or no one on earth or anything else from your playlist. They're just used to: "California Dreaming - bababababababa"
5-Come back to a better club and have a comeback set - this will kill Dome........:D
