So my windows was crapping out. So I did a re-install of the OS (sorta like an oil change on a car I guess), and everything is working fine again. Then I listen to some tunes, and a track I bought from AnjunaDigital comes on (in WMV), and it says "acquiring licence", and FAILED, already registered to a computer.
So I can't listen to the track I BOUGHT. And you'd think the little pop up window that says "FAILED" would have a link that would direct you to a site with instructions on how to fix the problem... but I guess that sort of user friendly help is too much to imagine.
So I do a search for help, and all the links are about cracking WMV :)
So now I can put more effort into figuring this out, or I can just download the file from a fileshare.
I will let you decide? Is it moral to download a fileshare version of a song you've bought, or should I figure out how to relicence? |

you should of backed up your license lke your supposed to.
However, just send an email to [email protected] and they should reset the license for you.

You bought the song & now own it, so why not just be able to download it?
If you buy a vinyl, you can download the mp3 and that'd just be like ripping it from the vinyl, just easier. |

TA does not support warez?
you can't get around it, you need the license which is specific to each computer it's issued to. So even if you find one on a p2p network, it wont work because the chances are it is set to another computer already. |
