Ricing means taking a slow car and making it look fast without improving the engine.
This car is fast, its just made to look better.

No, ricing is putting fancy rims and body kits and paint jobs on a car that didn't look so hot to begin with and making it look stupid, which is essentially what's been done here. It's just even lamer when the car is slower.
