Question about Destiny/TR Halloween party @ Docks...

so I see it's 16+ *sigh* I've never been to an all-ages thing at the Docks, so does anyone know how they generally setup?
ie. are wristbands issued at the door, or is there a sectioned off bar area, etc?
ty...I know some people may not want to go with it being 16+...damn kids :p (j/k, I could really care less, I'm there for DUMONDE!!!) |

I went to 2 all ages events at the docks.. Don't know what will happen for Destiny. This question calls for OriginalVibe ;)
The 1st party I attended ther, they used the small room for the licensed area and the 2nd time it was a HUGE event so they had a tent outside with a bar etc..

I've only ever been to The Docks once, for Summer Rush a few years ago (yeah yeah, my girlfriend at the time wanted to go, so I obliged).
The area closest to the stage was the all ages area, and the back half of the place was cordoned off with gigantic sheets of glass. I don't know if those are temporary walls that they use for events like that, but there was only 1 way in, and 1 way out.
Seemed to work pretty well for us, however 1 of the girls with us was only 18 at the time, so a few of us would go over to the licenced side, have a few beers real quickly, then cruise back and find the couple we left back in the all ages area. |

Could someone perhaps MS Paint a layout of the docks for us, outlining the different sections and whatnot? I was pretty liquored when I was there.
Or how about some pictures from inside the club? |

that the space where a lot of us were sitting to rest at Danny T is going to be blocked off with the glass doors and have that the drinking area.
depends on how many people go to this event tho. |

haha VERTiG0, yeah a floorplan would be cool if someone has one...I've only been there twice myself: Wintergalactic in '01 which was too long ago to remember and before the reno...and Unity this summer, but I was *trashed* even before I got there :p |

ok for those of you that know where the new DJ booth is (where Danny played ) the stage is to the left of that (the raised area ) where Tiesto performed from and Chrystal Method this summer
We have the ability to section off behind the Dj there and open the stage bar, that will be the licensed area
The section nearest the water which is the otherside of the sliding glass wall (we call that area tides) is going to be closed as another event is on in that half of the venue (house music , but different promoter seperate entrance)

if anyone wants to host inside pictures and a layout drawing I would be glad to send them copies

who cares, atleast they will have fun as well, just because their younger doesnt mean anything , just the morons & the wannabes...
