| Yeah yeah, well this Model United Nations program I'm in is retarded because it gives Russian Federation a seat in the EU bloc committee (which I hold). That's why I need to know what its stance on Turkey being admitted to the EU is. |

1. If Turkey joins the EU, the EU would control the Bosphorus Strait, and therefore most commerce into and out of the Black Sea (including oil).
2. Russia is mentioned as a possible future EU candidate itself. |
