liked the tune.liked the bass.liked the melody.
i think it's a bit stupid to change melody just because someone dislikes it;) |

Great stuff here,
but its sounds exactly the same as 1 minute of happiness, the sounds and atmosphere are great, percussion, kick. The main melody doesnt do it for me either sorry...
maybe experiment with different sound types?
keep up the good work ;) |

Leonid hi. I downloaded your first song, One Minute of Happiness, and good God man that song blew me away! I loved everything about it, and it will certainly remain in my top 20 trance tunes for this year. The only problem I saw with the track was that the bass kick was a little too over the top and my wave editor only confirmed this when I loaded it in the program. Regardless though, it's an awesome track and only a shame none of the labels signed it.
Now as for this track, I did enjoy the sample as well. It is a little bit similar to One Minute, but since you meant this as a follow up track to it I can only commend you for your efforts. As said before, this track would definitely make a good B-side to One Minute and I'm eager to hear the full version of this tune. I'm wondering though that even if the labels might not be signing the song, perhaps there may be some way of sending it to the popular radio DJ's, like Armin, Markus, Pete Tong, Above & Beyond, Tijs, someone who can appreciate your song and play it on their radio show. This would attract a larger audience to it and perhaps the labels may be more interested in signing them. But then again, I have no idea how to go about that all. But I'm sure there must be a way. I really like the melody how it is, and all I can advise to you is to expand the song to a full and reasonable length. Don't change the melody though! It's good as it is. There's nothing wrong with changing the melody if you're gonna remix it, but as the original version, go with it, it's good so far. And just hang in there. I think with enough persistence and creation, you can start making it out in the industry. |

About managers from recording labels, they always say to unfamous producers that "track is not bad, but it's a ", but when you became well-known, you can produce different and they will say "what a great one, we'll be glad to work with you on our label". For example, DJ Isaac "Backstage". He did early great tracks and remixes from hardcore to hardstyle, but now he makes awfull tracks and they are released. |
