Alright, well I'm in debate class at school. We have to go to things basically every weekend and it's such a waste of time... don't ever join any debate things if your school has a debate team. I just wanted to say that because then you'll understand my story.
We had to go to a debate at another high school, and my teacher was required to drive us (school rules thing). We had to go Friday and Saturday, so Friday night when I went, I left my bag in the teacher's car. Keep in mind my CD player and headphones were in the bag. She was driving us back so everything was fine and I got the bag friday night. I had to bring it again on Saturday, and I thought the teacher was going to drive us both ways, so once again I left my bag in her car. Turns out she only drove us there, and we got a ride back from a different teacher. So I figured that it would be fine, and I'd get my bag on Monday.
Well, I get to school on Monday, and the teacher had brought my bag into the school. Only one problem, there's a hall kinda behind her classroom that not many people pass through but still some do. She put the f***ing bag back there all morning, and she didn't think people would look inside of it and/or steal stuff from it, if not the whole thing?
Well, I get to her classroom and walk out into the hall to grab my bag, but I see that every zipper on the bag is open. I look inside and sure enough, my CD Player and Headphones were gone, along with my Universal Religion 2004 CD that I'd JUST gotten (the person who stole it probably didnt even know what CD it was, thank god I ripped it to my PC right when I got it)
So yeah, that's why I'm looking for some cheap headphones that I can buy last-minute before I DJ on Saturday.
Life's a bitch ain't it  lol

Hmm, I'm not sure if you're blaming the teacher or not, but it's not her fault. It seems like there was a course of unfortunate events and somehwere along the line, somebody did something dishonest - after all, the teacher didn't steal your CD player...at least we don't think so...hmmm :p
Just be very glad you had a CD player, not an ipod or a Rio Karma - those l'il suckers are expensive! :nervous: :D |

Last year I got my CD player stolen at school right before christmas break, it had my Vince Guaraldi - Charlie Brown Christmas CD in it.
I was so sad. :( |

| I know it's not entirely her fault, but why would she leave the bag in the hall? She could have EASILY brought it into the classroom and just left it by her desk - nobody would have touched it. |

that sucks dude.
not as much as when my car got broken into, and the robber stole 30 cds and my cd player. that sucked.
and 75% of those cds were not ripped on my computer. i haven't recovered all those cds yet by buying them again. :sadgreen: :sadgreen: |

Don't leave it at that. Tell her supervisor, a school assist or principal that she allowed your CD player to be stolen and that you feel the school should be liable for the loss. Teachers can be dumb bitches as well. Stand up for your rights and, if you have half an ass dad or something, make it an issue. If my kid told me the same line, I'd be fired up and ready to kick ass...teacher, principal, or whoever...
Lol!!!!
