| yes... but they feel weird on your teeth and they come off kind of easily. oh, and the gel tastes weird, but yes, they work GREAT |

Seems if I put 100 Mile Per Hour Tape on my teeth for half an hour, then ripped it out of there it would have the same effect. But never tried it though, because I'm missing enough teeth as it is!

| Yes, but its still a waste of money. Its like...If your teeth arent so white that people go OMG LOOK AT THOSE WHITE TEETH! then this certainly isnt going to make them like that. And if your teeth are so yellow that people go OMG LOOK AT THOSE YELLOW TEETH! then this isnt going to change them enough to make them look normal, so its sort of pointless either way. |

It's basically just tape you put on your teeth. Unlike what some people may be under the impression of, it's not so much a whitening program as it is just cleaning your teeth. The strips themselves are just loaded (on one side) with a sticky mix of peroxide and flouride - so it's just a teeth-cleaning program. Not really so much whitening in the sense of adding white dye to yer choppers as it is just removing the dirt and grim that tends to accrue over the years. :toothless
I would say that these strips would be the most effective (over time) in Countries such as Great Britain, where the Government does not add flouride to the water. But that's just my non-professional dental advice :disbelief |

| i have to disagree with ou guys cause its worked for me. i only used about one box of them, but my teeth are whiter, and my friend has used 4 boxes and her teeth are movie star white. if you use them and keep using them, they're amazing. |
