i want a pair of active monitors for my studio...my budget is $400-500CDN i think thats about (350US)thanks for your help!
here are a few options i've been looking into:
Event TR5-N Tuned Reference Active Monitors (300US)
Behringer B2031A Truth Active Monitors (340US)
M-Audio Studiophile BX5 Powered Studio Monitors Pair (300US)
Fostex PM0.5 Powered Monitor Pair (300US)
Wharfedale 8.2 Diamond Pro Monitors (340US)
Please confirm why you like any of the mentioned above...or which ones to avoid and why, or a pair that i have not mentioned in this general price range (without exceeding 350US) thanks in advance!!! |

Hi there ,
I think a pair of self powered KRK's are great to work with. |

| not sure what the current exchange rate is but alesis m1 mk2 actives are about £250 in the uk. i think that translates roughly to $350 US. those are the monitors i wanna get. only prob with alesis is that if you have a problem their tech support is rubbish. |
