can arturob start a "whats going down" thread?

New York has a thread of everything thats going down in that region, and it stays at the top of their forum! We need that. Mainly so I don't have to keep up with all the various show threads, and it just centralizes all the info so if someone not from the Southeast can find out whats going on! It would be super convenient if all everyone had to do was look at one thread to see every show in Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville, etc. A thread like *THIS* would be nice!
I'd do it myself, but i don't know how to make a post not move down over time.
