My favorite so far is the cosmic evolution site: http://www.tufts.edu/as/wright_center/cosmic_evolution/ Definetely far more intuitive than my Physics/Astronomy textbooks. Definitely one of, if not the best, most comprehensive, and user-friendly sites I've seen to date on this subject.
