Have I ever told you about the 'Beer n' Bacon' promotion that one of the local bars runs? They have $.75 cans of Pabst, Schlitz & Hamm's and they have a huge bin of bacon that they put in little french-fry containers and serve to patrons for free. |

and on that same subject (i can't remember if i told you)... my friend josh is seriously considering naming his band Beer n' Bacon. i told him about that place and we were all sittin around drinking and his girlfriend said "thats a great name for your band! especially since hippies like your music, and they'd be like 'beer and bacon, man... like beer and bakin'"
i think it was a better idea when we were wasted though.

lots of water
multivitamins
niacin
amino acid pills
foods with high protein content
and then follow all those with more beer :D
