well it's acutally for $900... but i tried advertising it for that price and couldn't find anyone who was interested... i've been paying 900 for an empty apartment for two months now :mad: and even if i find somebody to take it i'm going to pay the difference each month ($75 in that case)...
i guess no one's really looking for an aparmtment at this time of year...

Yeah, the best time to sublet your place is in august/beginning september. I subletted my place furnished for $875 last year while I was in Vancouver, and it was only $705/month last year. Made a nice $170/month instead of paying about that much to put my furniture in storage!
Hope you find someone to take your place off your hands.. sucks to have to pay that much! Are you advertising on the McGill and Concordia student housing boards? I know I got a lot of calls from there. As well, try posting it on the boards outside the library at Concordia and on some poles around the Mackay/deMaisonneuve block. |
