It's not the same, Samsara were made by Dave Holmes aka Steve Morley and loads of other aliases. His real name is Mustepha Alici according to discogs.

shame.... its probably the more progressive one then, The steve morley one has made some stuff under both aliases that i've really enjoyed, would've been worth me checkin the remix out had that been the case
