haha,.. i thought the same thing,.. i was like who the is that?... you kinda look asian in that pic,.. anyway,.. feel better man,.. that is going around out here in Oklahoma too,.. my roommate had what you are having now last week but thank got i didnt get it,... im going to the field for 4 days this week sleeping outside in the cold so ill probably be all sick this friday when i return.... crosses fingers that that doesnt happen,.. being sick sucks.. |

| the last thing you need to do is cover yourself up when on fever ( you want to fry your brain out??.. watch out with that stuff yo.. can cause "Brain" damange heh ) .. as for sweating it out.. well, I know that in the beginning of this, is great to go out jogging, running and sweat as much as you can.. though dry that sweat out as you sweat it.. ( don't let it dry on you.. gets cold and it may have a negative effect ) .. so yes. But your allready into that . I know what It feels like.. not even your bed is your frind in those situations.. I ing hate it!! .. I usually get that stuff every 2 years.. last time I had it was last year though.. oh god! and it was in the middle of mid-terms. Vicks and Ny-quil helped me though to at least not feel the symptons as bad as they are. |
