hey guys..i had windows xp and i remember how in the network folder i unchecked that box where it said filter download blab llalbla
u know ..the setting that basically slows down downloads over msn and other programs..
anyways i installed windows 2000 and my download conection is terrible..so is there anything i can do to fix that..? on the operating system that is
