i'm giving up the Djing, a sad day. but maybe not for you cuz im selling all my vinyl and i might be getting rid of something youve been looking for. selling about 100 records, mostly progressive trance and house. no need for me to keep these with no tables. here's the link. peace

even if ur selling ur decks u r best of keeping ur vinyl u dont know what will happen in the future plus if ur not desperate for any money why not keep them especially ur favouites

thats a good point. luckily ive recorded all of my vinyl into 320k mp3s so I can still listen to them and I can still spin with CDs if and when the time comes. ive been producing for the past year and my tables and vinyl have just been collecting dust

Did you join here just to spam that you're selling your equipment? There's a forum here dedicated specifically to that purpose.

ouch. one of those turntables might have been handy for production. making fills, spinbacks, making drums out of scratched beats etc. not to mention the wealth of dj tools available on vinyl.

good point, although my productions are coming along very nicely without the tables :)

im thinking about getting some CDJs in the near future, so I can at leasr use those in place of many things I would be doing on the tables

I agree, I don't know what I would do without a turntable to sample from, especially the precussion samples. He doesn't use it though so why keep something you don't use.
