What tunes go good together

This is a thread where you can list which tracks you think would go good next to each other in a set.

also list the reasons why

here are some that I came up with...

Post in the following format (and yes, that does include the symbols)

Airwave - Innerspace -> ATB - The Summer

Reason: I tried overlaying the vocals on the strings at the breakdown on innerspace and it went beautifully.

wot tunes go together?

listen to any james cosgrove or jon o' bir set and youll know how...
Steve Stephano
The Sneaker - Scatterbomb (String Mix) -> The Sneaker - Scatterbomb (Trance Mix)

Reason: Listen to Oakey's 99 Essential Mix set in Havana, you will understand then.

But you can probably listen to so many sets where songs go well together. It's really down to the mixing.

One I like to mess around with though is:

Philippe Van Mullem - The Secret Folder (Part 1) -> Planet Heaven - Nautical Bodies

Reason:

There are some riffs toward the end of PVM that blend perfectly with the opening part of PH.

Also, when creating a set, I like to build up to such a melodic song like PVM and it is just difficult to follow that tune with another melodic trancer, so PH allows you to take a darker turn in the mix.
Mebot
Firewall - Sincere -> Push - Journey of Life (Rank 1 Remix)

and the reason, well there are no reasons. Who needs reasons when you've got heroin?

cool thanks guys :)

There are tons.
Breeder - Twilo Thunder into L.S.G. - Netherworld creates a really funky shuffle with harmonizing melodies. You have to come out of Twilo Thunder early though. Around 60% through the record, before the second main melody.

2 digital - take my soul -----> gouryella - gouryella

PvD done this in his essential mix in 1999 at the gallery.the energy from it was unreal.absolutely bursting with hi hats and banging kick drums!
