Actually other than the people who go to the clubs here ive never had anything bad to say about them.
Toronto clubs are great, we get great talent and we have amazing set ups for a ridiculously low cover charge. It's the people that go to them here that are spoiled. |

ummm no. i think toronto can do much better, but instead its getting boring. one of my frend's from school is convincing me to live in montreal, bcuz he tells me trance is more popular there than toronto. he is moving there himself because hes fed up of toronto, he is finishing his school here and then hes never going to come back.

from a technical standpoint, TO has a lot of great clubs compared to other cities , what we lack are festivals .. :sadgreen:

Toronto has wicked clubs but it lacks people interested in the scene. The truth is Guv/CZ/System/Boa are all abused by drugs. People dont go there to party with the music, in fact it's quite the opposite :rolleyes: They may seem like they know why they are there but in reality they don't give 2 s about whats happening.
Hell, from what I know so far in Europe the abuse of drugs could be bigger but the people are totally different. |

The drug influence in Montreal is WAY more noticeable than here in Toronto. And its funny you say this about people NOT coming to party for the music, because i had the exact opposite conversation on this topic with a few fellow TA's on Saturday at Boa. Sean and Demi proved to many that drugs arent needed to make you feel high, the music alone can do it to you. |

Montreal people know how to party and create a much better vibe than Toronto but their clubs are not the greatest. Combine Toronto clubs with a Montreal vibe and you'd have one hell of a party.
Yes we need more festivals and more events held in places like the ACC. This is what sets other cities apart from us. |
