i can safely say its the worst service ive ever received in a good 4 or 5 years of ordering stuff via the internet. |

| Yeah, I tried ordering this cdm (along with Gamemaster) a few weeks ago but the ordering process didn't work for me either. They really should get their together and also do something with that delivery time.. 14-28 days is just ridiculous... |

| Ive just notified Matt darey by telephone about this thread. He has just signed up on the forum to explain but will have to wait maybe 48 hours for his registration to be activated. In the mean time he has just told me that he is Deeply sorry for the teething problems on the new shop and you can private message him on his forums at www.dareyproducts.co.uk He said he's in the studio and will be by his pc and answer any problems you may have. Matt will post on here as soon as he can. |

| yeah ive spoken to lee and he will inform matt and adam about this. there is probally a good reason for it, cause i know they did have server problems a few weeks ago. |

I've ordered a copy of Li Kwan.
I emailed Darey Products as well about the problem with the items not going into your basket and they seemed to have sorted it now.
Dunno bout delivery tho. |

| i certainly hope Darey and his partners confirm the delivery dates approximation...if i have to wait over a month to get Ricky Smith's remix i'll sooner go nuckin futs! if there's a way to get it sooner i'd much rather pay more $$$ for faster shipping :D |

I am quite discouraged on account of delivery time, it will take me a month or more to get it...nevertheless i'll order it regardless but if you can send it to me it'll make my day.

my stuff either. it's not really anything that important just wanted to have all the mixes of li kwan on one cd rather than a load of vinyls but i wish i wouldnt have done it now! |
