Salons/Barbers who do shaving/beard trimming/goatee shaping?

Ok, I've grown this "captain highliner" beard thing for the last 3.5 weeks - but I need it cut off.
I am in NYC soon for the biggest conference of the year in my industry and I'm scared if I do it myself I'll botch the thing and look like an idiot.
Does anybody know of a salon or barber who does good shaving/beard trimming/goatee shaping? I'm not willing to go to some old blind dood to get it done. I need the perfection of straight blade cutting.
There is an old italian dood (Tony) who I used to go to way back in the day - but I figured I'd ask to see if anybody knows of a place downtown TO that I could hit up on my lunch hour.
Sanks. |

I've never tried it myself, but something tells me i could get pretty creative with a bottle of Smirnoff and a straight-edge. Let me know if you're interested. You first (and last... as in last ever) cut is free!
P.S. What's your industry again? |

Something about old Italian guys... Whenever I get my haircut, I get a shave - and Tony was the king of both. He cut my hair from age 13 to ~20 possibly even 21.
Maybe I should just go back to Tony. Best part was - he was right next to where I was working as a butcher apprentice - so he'd come in to me for meat, and I'd go to him for a haircut.

I'm not sure how the "corporation" would feel about it. Goatee (as I've had for a good 5+ years) is ok, full beard probably won't be (until I'm like 35 or something). |
