Hard to tell...I cant decide. I love the hundreds of sunsets which i saw because everytime there's a special situation or occasion like sitting with your friends on a little local hill watching the sun go down and pop a few beers or even better at a party :)
in general its not always the sunset which i love but the light coming back at all (not the sun itself). just think of going home from a massive party with the sun going up again...as good as the sun going down
..those thoughts are confusing me :p |

2 sunset ones i took a couple of weeks back
and one from Menorca which doesn't do the sunset justice by a long long way
and a nice sunrise i caught in september

I think both are quite spectcular. The following quote nicely sums it up.

But I have never been lucky enough to experience a party where I am lucid enough to enjoy the sunrise... it's certainly something to wish for. |

| I enjoy both, but I would have to say I prefer the sunset. Usually means it's time to party. If I see sunrise, it usually means it's time to stop partying, cause I've been partying too long already. |

i like both.
i sometimes drive to work when the sun rises. that is awesome, especially when you are driving on a bridge over the lake.
but i prefer the sunset, because it introduces the nightlife, of course. |
