SICK! My first time seeing Richie, I'M HOOKED! I'm not a huge techno fan... like Carl Cox & Westbam. Richie was playing HARD & Fast...just like I like it! ..goin nutz on the 909. Packed for wednesday, great crowd & energy. All die hard techno heads. I had a Fabulous night...started out at the Saloon drinking martinis & eating buffalo wings. mmmmmmmmmmm
I strongly recommended checking him out when he's in town again. He's got SKILLZ! |

hope you had fun... i only had a chance to catch him on his suprise drop in a while ago back @ Twilo on Josh Wink nite... It was one of the best nites that I've ever had... Wink was awesome, Hawtin was awesome... a nite of Trance @ Twilo...
The last time Wink was there though, he was kinda weak and boring... He's evolving too quickly for me to follow him...

I saw Richie Hawtin a few months ago, he kicks major ass.
Richie Hawtin is the man, he is not the Canadian Techno legend for nothing!
He is also a pionner using special equipment to mix live via software during his sets as opposed to using vinyl..very cool.. |
